I am an MS patient and my mobility and strength has gotten very poor to the point of being housebound, I have been training with Lawrence since the ending of December trying to rehabilitate myself and up until this point I have regained strength and balance slowly. I intend to keep training with Lawrence until I am back on my feet as he has made me feel comfortable and confident with doing this. He is very understanding and supportive and I find his pricing very reasonable, I am actually glad I found him when I did as he has helped me on my journey so much.

I have been training with Lawrence since earlier this year and have really noticed a difference to my fitness and strength. I wanted to get in shape for my wedding and it's working 🙂 His sessions are varied and enjoyable and I actually look forward to them!

He has also given me advice on my diet which has been incredibly helpful. The convenience of him coming to my house as well is just perfect for me too, plus I like being outside rather than in a gym. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
