Lawrence has done a great job helping both me and my partner get in shape for our wedding. I am an MS patient and my mobility and strength has gotten very poor to the point of being housebound, I have been training with Lawrence since the ending of December trying to rehabilitate myself and up until this point I have regained strength and balance slowly. I intend to keep training with Lawrence until I am back on my feet as he has made me feel comfortable and confident with doing this. He is very understanding and supportive and I find his pricing very reasonable, I am actually glad I found him when I did as he has helped me on my journey so much.
