I have been training with Lawrence for a few months now as the gym didn’t work for me. I’ve noticed a great improvement in my overall physique in just a few months and really pleased with the results so far.
Lawrence has done a great job helping both me and my partner get in shape for our wedding. He has easily adapted routines for us both being at different levels of fitness and makes the sessions tough but enjoyable, as well as providing home or gym workout plans for us to do on the side where appropriate. I am an MS patient and my mobility and strength has gotten very poor to the point of being housebound, I have been training with Lawrence since the ending of December trying to rehabilitate myself and up until this point I have regained strength and balance slowly. I intend to keep training with Lawrence until I am back on my feet as he has made me feel comfortable and confident with doing this. He is very understanding and supportive and I find his pricing very reasonable, I am actually glad I found him when I did as he has helped me on my journey so much.
